Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our family getaway, especially the cozy Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The breakfast spread was impressive, with various options to start the day. While the pool area was fun, we were disappointed with the rowdy atmosphere during the day, impacting relaxation. A quieter pool would have made our stay perfect!

The breakfast was fantastic, especially Richard's cheerful service. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay quite pleasant along with the comfy pillows after long days out with my aunt and kids.

My kids wished there were more dining options nearby for families. The hotel could really use some updates to ensure a better experience for everyone.

I had a fantastic time during my stay! The breakfast was delicious and Richard in the dining area made it even better with his friendly vibes. I also really appreciated Aimee Cooper, who remembered my preferences and got me the same room as last time. I would definitely stay here again!

Now, here's the kicker, they hit you with a sneaky parking fee. I mean, c'mon! $60 just to park for three days? Shouldn't that just roll into the stay price? It's like ordering a sweet tea and getting charged extra for the ice.

Clean room, friendly staff, with large dispensers of lotion, soap, shampoo, and conditioner mounted on the wall that made my stay comfortable and convenient during my two-night solo trip.

The hotel features large, clean rooms with a nice layout, making it comfortable for families. Proximity to restaurants and attractions is an enormous plus, with lots of dining options like Logan's and Chili's just a short walk away.

Unfortunately, I had quite a few issues during my stay. The added parking fee of $27.31 was a surprise and felt a bit sneaky on top of the room rate. I also had problems with room cleanliness—an unclean bathroom and a clogged sink in the first room did not set the best tone. Even though I was moved to another room, the dripping tub fixture made for an uncomfortable night, leaving me feeling unsatisfied with the maintenance of the facilities.
